Dec 2024 Grain Outlook

Corn comments/recommendations

●Honestly things are looking good

●We’ve had a nice bullish run in the last 3 months

●Good exports vs USD, tariffs

●World stocks will provide demand

●Nice W formation in the July chart

●The way funds have been running stuff I would not be surprised to be surprised ($5.00<?)

If you need cash flow, make a sale 12-10-24 (tuesday)

●Typically we trend high into June/July, hold on if you have the storage

Soybean comments/recommendations

●Honestly things are not looking good

●Beans and wheat could pull corn down or vice versa

●Interest rates will continue to decrease

Depending on your cost of production I would sell 25/26 beans early

●The Brazilian reel (real?) is extremely low, thus sabotaging US bean exports

●Consider selling rest of 24/25 beans on rallies

●Be prepared to sell next years bean crop early

●Plant more corn

○Other farmers may think the same - however futures will offset the basis difference, if this is the case
